Have you heard? From Monday, November 23 venues in New South Wales are required to use QR codes for contact tracing.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian announced this as of the 5th of November, confirming codes will be compulsory for hospitality businesses. The new requirements come after a COVID-19 outbreak was linked to Jasmins1 restaurant in Liverpool, where the venue failed to provide records relating to staff and patronage in a timely manner.
